Why we still love them. Favorite episodes, favorite lines, favorite characters. Your age. (Don't be afraid. I'm 50).

The Angel episodes with her and Darla were good.

I really liked "Band Candy" and then a couple of episodes later when Buffy mentions in passing that she knows Giles slept with her mom.

Maybe that episode "I Only Have Eyes for You" where Buffy and Angelus are possessed by ghosts and re-enact an old murder and resolve the spirits' turmoil. The switched gender and the passion the enact while each other's enemy was really moving. I actually cried. Then when Angelus was washing the "stink" of love off of himself. Very interesting.

I got spoiled last year and hubby bought me the 7 season DVD box set of Buffy. Yay! Watched most of Angel this summer on reruns. Three episodes a night starting from midnight. But haven't gotten up to the seasons where Faith reappears. My sister got married and I had to get some sleep for the wedding. At least the wedding was fun.

Back in Tokyo now so I have to wait for more money to buy Angel DVD's

Thanks for all the links and info everyone has posted. Can't wait to check them out.

".....if you're not too busy having sex with my mother." And then Giles bumped into a tree. hahaha

Earshot

"You had sex with Giles? On the hood of a police car? Twice?"

Joss Whedon has revealed that he will script the first four issues of a new Buffy the Vampire Slayer series for Dark Horse, and oversee subsequent issues. The book will take place after the end of Buffy and Angel, and as he put it in a post on Whedonesque.com, "be canon in the Buffy world." Whedon's story arc will place Buffy living in Italy with The Immortal.

Whedon also said that he's continuing to try to develop a Spike movie, but had no specific dates set.
