They have to have been performed by real people in the real world. No special effects or CGI.

Mine is the scene in "Raiders of the Lost Ark" in which "Indy" goes under the truck and pulls himself along the road with his whip.
Coolest thing I've ever seen.

At the beginning of "Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior", several men participate in a tree-climbing race where anything goes. There is lots of footage of real stuntmen really falling from branch to branch and finally to the ground.... thud... thud... thud... thump.

Pretty impressive stuff. You don't see stunts like that very much anymore.
